Gnaw is driven towards making all of its products as sustainable as possible. They strive to use ingredients that are natural and locally sourced wherever possible and aim to have zero waste. Gnaw was founded by two chocoholics in Norwich, Norfolk, UK (just like us!) who were bored of selling the usual plain chocolate bars so decided to experiment with fun flavours. As they have grown, all of their products are still handcrafted at Gnaw HQ in Norfolk.
Ingredients
Sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, cocoa mass, brownie pieces (sugar, cocoa powder, humectant (glycerol), sunflower oil, wheat starch, cream powder (milk), coconut oil, glucose syrup, salt), emulsifier (soya lecithin), flavouring (natural vanilla, cherry).
Milk chocolate contains cocoa solids 34% min, milk solids 22% min.
