Gnaw was founded by Matt and Teri in sunny Norfolk – just like us here at Lisa Angel. Their aim was to make fun and flavourful chocolate that is different to your usual plain bar of choccy. Everything they make is handcrafted at their Gnaw HQ in Norwich and they strive to make their chocolate sustainable. Their packaging is fully compostable and they use as many locally and ethically sourced ingredients as possible!
Ingredients
Sugar, cocoa butter, dried gluten-free oat powder, cocoa mass, caramel crisp (sugar, glucose syrup, coconut oil, natural flavour, natural colour (caramelised sugar syrup) emulsifier (sunflower lecithin)), dried rice powder, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), sea salt, flavouring (caramel, natural vanilla).
