This fab little tin of seed balls from Seedball makes the perfect garden gift for families! Each tin contains 20 seed balls, each made up of 50 UK wildflower seeds wrapped up in a clay ball with a sprinkling of chilli powder to keep insects, snails and slugs away from munching on the seeds.
These seeds are fun to plant and easy to use, making it an excellent garden activity to do with kids and grandchildren. Simply sprinkle the seed balls over 1 square metre, or in 3 to 5 medium-sized pots, making sure there is at least 10cm of space between each ball. Your seeds should grow into the most beautiful colourful wildflowers, specifically chosen for just how much bumblebees love to snack on them. Each flower makes the perfect meal for UK bees, so by growing these fabulous seed balls you’ll help save the bees.
These seed balls are made right here in the UK and are peat free.
