Please note, chains are sold separately. A charismatic side profile of the humble maiden symbol captivates with flowing luxurious hair, in distinguished relief. A single sparkling brilliant cut diamond (0.08ct) has been expertly claw set, and brings this piece to life representing a star from the constellation itself. A richly polished reverse section ensures supreme comfort when worn, and allows maximum space for any personalised engraving. Designed by a member of the Pragnell family this collection has been inspired by our extensive collection of antique and period jewellery. Travelling the world to source the very best and most unusual pieces a French early 20th century Art Nouveau locket provided the initial inspiration for this collection. The delicate beauty and natural soft lines that have become so well-known from the period are clear to see here, with an expert antique finish perfectly completing the design. Beautifully rounded wax seal style edges coupled with a large clip bale ensure that this pendant can be effortlessly attached to one of our statement chains, or worn with an existing favourite. Large statement zodiac pendants and charms were popular during the 1970s when bold gold pieces dominated the collections of the famous residents of both the Place Vendome in Paris, and Fifth Avenue in New York.
